Maintenance  - 100$ Hourly 
(250$ minimum for all new clients is put in place to ensure that those seeking to establish service with me value my time, skill and are genuinely committed)

Extension installs:
Permanent Dread extensions. - 100$ Hourly
All braid in or extension services - 100$ Hourly

HOW TO ORDER:

Prices are per dreadlock. Minimum of 10 per order.

All extensions are made to order unless marked as a premade set on my website.

Each set is handmade with love and the best vibes, please allow 4-6 weeks to make.

Please specify the quantity/size/ length/ color / style. Also if you would like them to be made for permanent or temporary installation. Multiple colors are 20$ extra per color

An invoice will be sent via email and once paid you will be asked to schedule out for your installation. Hair cost and service cost are separate All services are 125$ Hourly

Thank you for understanding that these policies and guidelines are vital to the sustainability of my business.

 

I’ve carefully created each policy keeping the integrity of your hair and scalp as my highest priority, to ensure that you receive the best possible experience and care for your dreads.

 

If you have questions about these policies please contact me.

 

How to arrive:

Please arrive with clean dry hair. Please wash within a few days of your appointment and make sure you give your hair plenty of time to air dry before coming in.

Please come free of any oils or products this is a must! 

 

Late policy:

Please arrive to your appointment on time. Please note that I will be ready at your scheduled appointment time and you may be asked to wait if you come more then 10 mins early.

I understand life happens, So if you are running behind please communicate that to me ASAP

 

If you are running more than 30 mins late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.

 

 

Cancellation policy:

Please communicate with me about needing to reschedule or cancel as soon as possible.

 

No shows:

No call/no-shows will not be welcomed back

 

Rude or abusive behavior: Will not be tolerated . I show up with positive vibes my clients are expected to do the same. Rude, offensive, abusive, demeaning or demanding behavior will not be tolerated, you may be asked to leave and not welcomed back into my space.

 

Sick policy:

I take the health & safety of myself and my clients very seriously. PLEASE DONT RISK IT RESCHEDULE If you are feeling sick at all, caring for someone who is sick or if there is a chance you have been exposed to any contagious illnesses within 3 days of your appointment, please Contact me directly at 509-481-3988 so that I can reschedule you. Thank you for your understanding

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and our goal is to surpass your expectations. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us within 7 days of your appointment so that we can address them promptly

 

Guest policy:

Please limit guests if possible (this includes spouses, kids and friends) If you bring more then 1 guest with you I may ask that they wait outside. This policy is for safety reasons and mostly applies to new clients. My studio space is in my home and I greatly appreciate your cooperation on this policy 

Return policy:

Due to the nature of my small boutique business, I can not accept returns on retail items, and all items are FINAL SALE.

 

All hair, hairpieces of any kind, extensions or custom orders are FINAL SALE.

 

Consultations:

For all new clients, a consultation is necessary before booking any services. To better understand your individual vision for your dread journey, you will be asked a few questions via phone, text, or email. In-person consultations are currently not available. Once I have a clear understanding of your goals, I will provide an assessment of whether I can achieve the desired outcome while preserving the health of your hair, along with a cost estimate. Please note that the quote provided is an estimate.
